COMPLIMENTS & FEEDBACK
This organisation regards compliments and feedback from participants, staff and stakeholders as an important method of providing input into the continuous improvement process. Feedback is reviewed at senior levels and where appropriate changes are implemented to ensure ongoing organisation improvement. All compliments and feedback are recorded in a register to ensure all opportunities for improvement are reviewed and implemented. We will also provide commentary to the initiators of this feedback to maintain communication and engagement with the feedback process.
